What does it mean if a blood test comes back with high lymphocyte and low neutrophil?

Well if you have high lymphocytes, it is not good for you. You need to have a balance on white blood cell count.

Lymphocytes are part of the make up of your white blood cells and Neutrophil is the most abundant of white cells.If you are really interested in knowing all the details when you go to the doctor again make them sit down and explain it to you this can be a very scary and confusing thing if you are unsure.

Neutrophils are arsenal against bacteria,lymphocytes produce antibodies and fight viruses. High lymphocyte count means some infection occured,now getting well. When neutrophil count falls below, risk of infection increases.
