You do not need to dress too formally. However, jeans are not acceptible for this type of interview. For ladies, I do not recommend clothes that flatter the bust area a lot. Button-down shirts for both genders are usually acceptable. Just be sure not to look like a preteen. You're done with both middle and high school!

Men should consider wearing a polo shirt and dress pants. In terms of coloring, it is best to wear neutral colors and not patterns that may distract.

Wear something that looks casual and dressy both, like maybe some nice black pants and a blouse or dress shirt. If you are a guy, you could wear a tie. Definitely dress to impress.
