What do you use for hamster bedding?

Normal bedding used for hamsters is wood chips, because it is the cheapest, and possibly the best choice for hamsters. They move them around to make a spot to sleep.

I would recommend wood chips,which I personally use for my hamsters.Or you can use plain white paper ( like for printing) that's a more expensive choice.Or even a little bit of hay.Please,do not use newspaper because it is toxic.Hamsters like to eat their bedding,and play around with it,so it must be edible.

Cedar wood chips are probably the most common bedding available for hamsters, however, in place of wood chips, one could use straw or shredded paper. The Cedar chips are recommended because they help reduce the odor of hamster waste.
