this thing depends upon your budget but i think the best photo printer in the market is HP PHOTOSMART PREMIUM TOUCH SMART WEB AIO its price is 400$ and have 4.33" touch screen with wifi and bluetooth support and wireless enable printing this printer supports automatic 2 sides printing and web connected printing too

Canon's photo printers are best. I've had a Canon printer for several years and it has performed flawlessly. Photo image quality is excellent, and photo printing costs are low.

The best choice in photo printers depends on your needs. If you'll be printing large amounts of pictures Cannon's number one. For high quality at a smaller price choose HP.
