This is where you want to negotiate your terms of employment, such as vacation time, pay rate, etc. You will also want to ask about employee benefits.

Wrong! NEVER bring up the topic of compensation/salary/benefits during an interview. Chances are you will meet higher level management. Show enthusiasm but don't let your guard down, and be consistent. If offer extended, thank them/tell them you need to look it over/contact them in a few days.  add a comment

By the third interview you know they are very interested in you. This is probably the time to start discussing salary. Let them make an offer first.

Make sure that you research the company and the position or job you are seeking. Be confident and speak clearly. Do not be nervous because if it is meant to be, you will get the job, so do not worry about it. Be prepared and think ahead of time about the questions you may be asked.

The third interview typically means that the company likes you! Chances are they are now looking for organizational fit as they have most likely already established that you have the knowledge, skills and abilities to get the job done.

Remember how the first 2 interviews went. Try to narrow the thinking and figure out what the employer is looking for and be consistent. Ask educated questions.
