Yep, bugs! Check out which type of plant you have to find it's preferences. You can buy wingless fruit flies which are usually the perfect size... and since they don't fly they can be sprinkled right on the plant you want to feed.

You can feed them certain bugs but make sure the bugs you are feeding them have nove hard or bony shells on them. But most of the time when you have those plants the very best thing to feed them and they will thrive on it is raw hamburger they never have leftovers.
