It really depends on the turtle. If you have any kind of meat-eating turtle it will probably end up eating the frog.

There's a chance that the turtle will eat the frog. Try a baby slider turtle, a small newt, guppies, aquatic snails and a fire-bellied toad in a 150 gallon terrarium.
