One of the best is the Venus Flytrap they do fantastic. usually anything relatively small that doesn't require a ton of fussing with otherwise they will not make it.
Tropical plants are the most likely plant to do well in a terrarium. Make sure it is a plant that likes humity, I wouls recomend to start with a small plant, so your able to watch it grow.
