The care will depend if it's in a pot or in the ground. If it's in pot you will need to water once a week or when the soil is dry. If the plant is in the ground you will need to water only when there hasn't been enough rain.

The Rosemary plant needs very little care. It is not a heavy feeder so I would not worry about feeding it and only water it when it is dry. If this plant is inside it will not do as well as it would have outside. It just grows better in dirt. But it is doable.

Rosemary plants do very well with minimal watering. In fact, it is a plant that should stay out of warm moist climates or stay indoors. Fertilization is easy also. Once a month with an Organic Fertilizer is my best recommendation. Make sure the fertilizer that you get is water soluble not granular or powder.

Rosemary plant is a very attractive plant, this grows in a friable loam soil with a good drianage position. It grows fine in nertral alkaline conditions which means ph 7-7. 8 with good fertility.
