What do you do with diseased hollies?

Is there any hope for them?

This really depends on what disease they have. If it is a fungus, you may be better off removing the diseased flowers so that it does not spread to the healthy flowers.

It depends what's wrong with them. If the hollies are suffering from an insect or mite infestation, try to applying horticultural oil or insecticidal soap, or introduce natural predators like ladybugs. If they have a fungus like cankers or tar spot, you need to cut or prune all of the infected leaves and branches to save the plant.

That is a difficult question to answer, because you have not indicated what the disease is that is affecting the holly bush. I would take a leaf, or a stem with a leaf on it, to a local nursery, and have them diagnose the problem. Once you figure out what the disease is, the nursery will have the remedy.

First I will cut and remove the affected parts so that it will not affect the entire plants and used a broad spectrum fungucide to control this fungus on plants.
