If you refrigerant pressure is low then you should have it refilled by an a/c shop. It should be pretty cheap if it isn't too low and has no leaks.

In this case, it would be best to turn the auto A/C off and consult your vehicles operation manual. If low pressure is indicative of a fault, take your vehicle into your local service center so it can be professionaly repaired.
