What do the colors on the American flag represent?

The white stand for the innocence and purity of our country at a time when our government was just starting. The red stripes represent the bravery and valour of our people. At times of war the red could be the blood of man-kind. And the blue is for justice and vigilances in over-seeing the safety and security of our country.
