They are brightly colored and have sequins on them or fancy embroidary. They wrap around the bottom like a skirt, and the tops usually have one sleeve with the other arm bare. Usually a portion of the stomache is showing from above the belly button. They are really pretty and flowy.

Sari is a garment that is worn with a blouse and consists of one plain end and elaborately decorated another end. Sari can be brightly colored with fancy embroidery works. The plain end is wrapped around the waist barring the midriff and the other end is draped over the shoulder. Saris are woven from silk, cotton or artificial fibers.

They are long, covering your ankles, usually colorful, with beading, and they are wrapped around one shoulder and the rest of the fabric falls on the arm.
