If they are very little you might have to get a doll bottle or a syringe and feed them often with some kind of supplemental milk made especially for kittens. If they are older you can feed them wet canned food or dry food moistened with water. They make kitten food (high in calories) so they grow.

The kittens need to be fed a milk replacement formula such as KMR. You can make your own formula, too. Recipes are available on the web.
