What do judges look for in USAG level three?

Well she should be able to jump straight onto the mat and on balance beam, sit a v on the balance beam. Also, know how to cast on uneven bars

You can find the full routines for Level 3 on USA Gymnastics' official website. Your child's coach should be preparing the gymnasts for the competitions by teaching the required routines.

Each area of performance has set requirements that need to be meet at each level. The judges will look to see how well each requirement is performed. A good gymnastic coach should be able to answer all these questions. If not, look for a new team.
