Guam can be very safe just use the same caution you'd use going to any unfamiliar place. Watch out for all the snakes that are on the island.

Guam is not Mexico. You can get your vaccines here and the water is fine. I have lived here a while, moved here from CA when my children were 5, 2 and 2 months old and have been healthier here than we were in the states. You'll love it here.

Well make sure you take your vaccines. They are a 100% must. Don't drink the water there or any fruits or other produce.
