What do I need to know about becoming a sergeant mom?

To be a "sergeant" mom I have no idea what you should do, unless it is join the military and be a "Sargent" mom. To be a surrogate mom, there is not enough space here to tell you how to go about it. See an attorney.

Discipline is the key to this method, so stick to it, along with consequences if you child/ren don't give it!

Make rules with consequences and enforce them. If you give in just because you're tired or lazy, you might as well throw the rule book away because, after that, they will not relent, knowing one day you will give in. Some rules can be changed if the child can make a good argument against it, but it must be good.
