You should make sure her tank is clean and maybe restock her on fresh bedding that th babies cant choke on. Also make sure she has enough food and water.

Make sure she has a safe, warm and quiet place to give birth. Watch to see that she takes care of the babies. Be sure to feed the momma rat healthy food so she will have enough milk for the babies. Watch to be sure there no trouble during labor.

You actually don't need to do anything. Rats have been giving birth in random people's basements with absolutely no help for centuries.
