A good thing to do when your sandisk c150 freezes is to reset it.You should press the restart button for about 10 seconds.You could also look for an updated version of firmware and also replacing the batteries. Another great thing to do would be going to the sansa website and check other troubleshooting solutions.

Well i have the same problem and i fixed it by downloading a file which erases the software and updates it. It fixed the problem for me.
