Dermabond is a glue that holds a wound together, if you are bleeding through it, it means that it's not holding the wound together. You should take a wash cloth and apply a heavy amount of pressure on the spot where you are bleeding. The bleeding will stop in a few minutes. If not, go to the emergency room.

If you are still bleeding through dermabond, remove the dermabond and clean to wound to prevent infection. If the injured area is bleeding profusely, see a local physician to see what must be done.

Well if your bleeding through that then you should basically go get it checked by your doctor. You need to know the reason why.

If you are bleeding through your Dermabond, then apply pressure to the area with sterile gauze and when the bleeding stops, apply a bandage. If the bleeding does not stop, then call a doctor as you might have a serious issue.

If you are bleeding through the dermabond, you need to remove it and clean the wound well to prevent infection. If the bleeding is bad, you need to consult a doctor or head to the emergency room. If it is minor, cover with a clean gauze bandage just like another other cut.
