Time for a visit to the vet! Waiting forty eight hours after the initial date is recommended due to the fact that conception dates can be off, but anything after that you should seek professional help. Especially if she starts to act strangely, or if she is exhibiting labor signs but doesn't deliver.

First, make sure she is really way past her due date (not just an arbitrary date set by a vet). Then, go and see the vet; there could be any number of internal problems including death of the kittens, infection, inability to deliver, etc. especially if she is a first time mom.
