Raywood Ash Trees are prone to Chestnut Blight and Aspen Canker. You can combat this by keeping the surrounding brush clear of other trees while the Raywood is taking root. Keeping the Raywood isolated will ensure it grows disease free.
The Raywood ash tree gets moldy when too much water is held within the leaves and branches. As well as bagworms which are a common problem which the bagworms eat the leaves once hatched.
