There are several credit cards that are offering zero interest. Some of these are, Discover More Card, Chase Slate Card, Citi Forward Card, Chase Freedom Visa, Discover Escape Card, Miles by Discover Card, Capital One Platium Card, and Capital One Prestige Credit Card. There is one, Simmons First Visa that has a no balance transfer fee.

Well you can get any type of master card specifically the MBNA. It has very low interest close to zero.

There is a prepaid Visa card which is known as the Bucks card and designed for students. It has an interest rate of zero.

If you do a Google search for it a lot of applications come up. Many don't have zero interest all the time, a lot just have it for the first six months or so. Discover, Capital One (which has an annual fee) and American Express are a few that offer it.
