What could cause thick urine?

1. If your body is dehydrated,then to conserve water in your body your kidney tries to give out minimal water during urination. As a result your urine is thick and appears more yellow than usual. 2. It could be a kidney disorder as well.

Urine which appears thick or viscous could be due to a variety of factors, including diet and hydration. This can also be the result of irritation due to infection, or a potential symptom of diabetes or prostate infection (if you are male).

there are various reasons for this. There may be puss cells or protein present in your urine. If you culture your urine you can find out. Check diabetics also.
