I think my little girl is sick. Her fever is 102 and her heartbeat is very fast. What could this be a sign of?

Usually a virus can cause a fever and fast heartbeat. Kids heartbeat is always faster than an adult. The kids could also be teething.

If she has those symptoms you should really take her to the doctor to get a proper diagnoses she could have the flu.
