Sounds like you may have a pinched nerve, or maybe some other back problem like a herniated disc that is causing pressure on a nerve.

This sounds a lot like a pinched nerve. You should see your doctor or a chiropracter for treatment to get it treated.

You could be having a stroke. You should seek medical attention immediately. Strokes often show symptoms on only one side of the body, and are life threatening.

I would contact my doctor see if he or she wants you to come in tingling in any parts of the body could be a number of things. If you are feeling bad see if doctor wants to to call 911 or if you feel you need to 911

It sounds like a fever; but it's hard to say without knowing anything else about you. Are you male or female? What is your family medical history?
