The dog should be seen by a vet immediately! While it could be a variety of things wrong, parvo is the first thing that comes to mind.

Your dog may be suffering from gastritis. It may have intestinal worms. So deworming is good option. Or it may be overconsumed or eaten decayed foods or mud or grass. so rule out these factors. Monthly deworming is a good practice for pet dogs. Avoid partially cooked or uncooked meat to dogs. You may have fed with rotten eggs?

Throwing up and not eating is a sign that something is wrong with your puppy. Hearing the symptoms it sounds like Parvo which is serious and can kill in hours. Get your puppy to the vet ASAP!
