If it only happens for a day or two it could be that you slept funny. If your neck is a bit sore also that is most likely the cause of your facial tingling or you could have just twisted your neck a bit weird doing something around the house.

Most people don't realize that facial tingling is often a symptom of anxiety or panic attacks. If you are susceptable to either of those that could be the cause and if that is true and it happens to often you could see a doctor for treatment and get relief.

There are a ton of things that could cause your facial tingling. You could have a pinched or compressed nerve. It could also be from a nerve injury or nerve entrapment. If it lasts more than a couple of days you should probably contact your doctor just to be cautious.

Tingling in extremities is common during pregnancy due to baby positioning on nerves but a facial tingling is not a common complaint in pregnancy (as my OB says). Thanking you!

The cause for facial tingling may be due to some injuries on face like broken nose or bruses on your face. One will have a feeling like that a spider is running on your face you will feel uneasy. Dont worry wash your face with plain hot water now and then if no relief consult a doctor.
