Not changing both head gaskets is not necessarily a mistake. TSB issued about noise such as you describe. the TSB and you can see if it pertains to your situation.

sounds like bad bushings, sway bar, or could be struts that are bad and need to be replced. bounce the car and see if you can hear where its coming

it can be the bushing in the front end, take a lookunder the front end and everywhere you see a steel part touching a rubber bushing spray some oil where the 2 meet and drive around. you might need new bushing also

Some cars tend to squeak in the plastic. This is normal and there really isn't something you can do about it. If it's a loud constant squeak, you may need to tighten/replace your generator belt. If this is the case, the noise will begin the moment you start your engine. Good luck :)

suspension spring bushing, brake pads, idler tension pulley going bad, water pump, any other pulley on the engine where bearings may go out

The first thing to check would be the belts since they are located in the front of the vehicle engine bay. If this is not the case, check your suspension and brake rotors to find the cause.

the squeak probably mean you need new bushings on some part in your front end, crawl under with some WD40 and spray everything that has metal and rubber that meet, its probably your sway-bar.
