Poor posture, specifically in the lower back, can cause pain there and in the inner thigh, as it causes painful pulling of the hamstrings rather than lengthening them.

A pain on the lower back could be because of obesity. Ladies who have undergone a C-Section normally complain of lower back pains that extend to the thighs following to the lower leg right till the toes. A Deep Vein Thrombosis (DPT) Test could clearly show the complications if any

Usually if there is pain in the inner thigh and lower back it is coming from nerve irritation usually T12-L2 area in the lower back. That area will radiate pain to the inner thigh. I would consult with a chiropractor whose main goal is to relieve nerve irritation and pressure.

this is most likely a pinched nerve or possible pulled ligament. Once one thing is outr of whack it puts stress on everything else and causes more to go wrong. I'd see a doctor if this problem persists. could be a sign of something worse or something getting progressively worse.

it might be your gluteus maximus (butt). if not that then it could possibly be nerve pain. could even be a groin injury. in any case you should see a doctor
