What could be causing a heat pump to not cool properly?

The compressor is not running. The system contains not the correct amount of refrigerant. The pressure drop (damages, contamination edtc. ) is to high.

There are a number of reasons why a heat pump does not cool properly. First of all, it is imperative to keep the heat pump and its accessories (evaporator, condenser, fan, etc) as clean as possible. Please also check that there are no leaks in the system while you are cleaning it.
