It depends on if you are looking for a dressy one, or a more everyday one. Kay Jewelers has the best dressier or fancy watches, with great prices. If you are just looking for an everyday one Fossil makes exceptional watches that aren't as dainty. So it depends on your preferences.

I personally think Tiffany's makes a beautiful watch, but if you're looking for something less expensive try a department store such as Macy's.
