Silver is a shade of gray, so if you mix black and white together, they form silver. You need more of white than black if you mix them.

Silver is generally considered a shade of gray with shine added to it. On the RGB scale, silver is made with the following values- 192, 192, 192. On the HSV scale, silver is made with the following values: 0, 0, 75. Of course, the shine is near impossible to represent on computers.
