What color decor suggests chocolate curtains?

Chocolate colored curtains may not be the best choice, but the dark can be broken up with a neutral sheer in between the drapes. The dark color definately needs bright colors, such as with pillows, setting bright colored sild flowers around in the room. Use gold colored picture frames.

I believe any "earthy" colored decor such as greens, and shades of brown would go well with chocolate colored curtains. Turquoise also looks very nice with chocolate brown. I would stay away from colors that are too dark, such as black as i do not think black decor would look nice with chocolate curtains.

An earthy color scheme would call for chocolate curtains. Use shades of cream to brown as well as shades of green for a great look.

Keep the color light, so the curtains don't overwhelm. Popular colors with chocolate are pale silvery blues and pinks and earth tones particularly light colored ones like taupe, sage, ecru.

You could have lite blue walls or a lite grey. Take the curtains to a Home Store and go through the paint chips in the paint department. This is how I match up colors for decorating.
