What causes nausea and fatigue?

There are many things that could cause these symptoms. Since it's so routine, it may be environmental related. Perhaps you're around something at that time that causes you to feel ill. Or, based on your diet; if you don't eat a proper breakfast you may be crashing then. If you're female, routine nausea and fatigue could be signs of pregnancy.

It sort of sounds like low blood sugar. If you ate a lunch heavy in carbohydrates around noon, then your body has swung the other way and you're feeling a drop. If you haven't been tested for diabetes check with your health practitioner. You might try a piece of fruit or other non sugary snack around 3:30.

if you are a woman you are most probably pregnant. If not, it might be because of stress, maybe because you have a problam that doesn't let you sleep.
