What can I do to fight chronic fatigue?

The first thing to be done would be to have a check-up with your doctor to see if there is a reason for the fatigue. Assuming that everything is fine, a good thing to do is to eliminate as much stress as possible from your life. Stress can cause this.

A healthy idea is to begin taking apple cider vinegar (ACV). Buy only raw, unfiltered ACV (get it at a health food store). Not only does it help your energy level it helps your body eliminate waste, and lose weight. Simply take 1-2 tbsp mixed in water before your meals.

Any signs of chronic fatigue should be checked out by a doctor just to make sure nothing is seriously wrong. Make sure you are getting plenty of sleep. Many suggest that 8 hours a night is optimal, however, many people require 9-10. Also try taking a multivitamin daily and focus on eating healthy.

Chronic fatigue syndrome can be a nuisance andmake you feeling tired all the time. The best advised that always given by a doctor is to build up your physical activity gradually by starting with simple task and then move to heavy exercise.

Chronic fatigue is usually associated with a vitamin deficiency in conjunction with lack of sleep and exercise. Your diet needs to be adjusted to include more fruits and vegetables, and you need more exercise and a better sleeping schedule. If this does not correct the problem, then you should consult a physician.

Keep a food diary to see if your diet is affecting your health. You should see that your diet has enough nutrients. If you are already sleeping at least 7 hours and maintaining a healthy diet, go see your doctor, your fatigue may indicate another problem, such as iron deficiency.

I have the same problem - mainly is caused by constant lack of sleep. My advice - try to get better diet, sleep more, and relax more often. Good idea would be to go on a vacation, somewhere near the sea, where you can really relax. Find a serene spot - and really relax - it will give you the necessary energy.
