A migraine is a very good possibility. These are neurological symptoms and shouldn't be ignored. See your doctor at your earliest convenience. Migraines are manageable with prescription medications. There are some good over the counter medications for migraines such as Excedrin or Advil. Caffeine helps so fix a cup of coffee or eat some chocolate. Rest in a darkened room.

It could be a migraine. It could also be stress, fatigue/sleepiness, or hunger. All of these can affect your vision as well as cause pain in your head.

This sounds like a typical Migraine. They run in my family. At the onset of a Migrain your vision can be impaired and you may have sensations in your hands or arms. These are warning signs. Excedrin Migraine is a good medicine to take immediately and may avert the headache.
