Dizziness and blurred vision can be signs of a variety of conditions. The most common is high blood pressure. It can also be an indication of an extreme ear infection, eye injury, diabetes onset, anemia, heart rhythm disorder, or other diseases. The problem could also be simple in that you need a new glasses prescription.

My guess would be dehydration or lack of food. You can also have these symptoms after a long night of drinking. I would recommend taking it easy, getting sleep and drinking a lot of water. If the problem persists I would go to a doctor as it may be something more serious.
