Your vehicle just needs a tune up it sounds like. Change your fuel filter, air filter, spark plugs, spark plug wires and pvc valve. If you replace all those and doesn't get better it could be your one of your grounds is loose, O2 sensor, coil pack, or one of your engine sensors is going bad.

I would recommend having the fuel system checked out. Start by changing the fuel filter and have the fuel pump pressure checked. Many late model cars filters are located in the fuel tank and require changing the fuel pump assembly.

This may be cause from a number of things, first and easiest fix would be to replace your air filter. After that if you still have problems try putting a bottle of fuel injector cleaner in your gas tank, according to directions. The final common cause of this would be a dirty fuel filter.
