What can you use as an emergency fan belt?

Well probably the most common things I've heard people uses is pantyhose and duck tape. Duck tape doubled up and in the appropriate length could work the best temporarily but I wouldn't trust it for very long.

Use the belt you are wearing. Just be careful the buckle is not to big. You can also take both of your shoelaces and use them together as a belt.
