What can you tell me about having a positional vertigo attack?

I need to learn more about positional vertigo attacks.

This is caused by an inner ear problem. A person moves into a certain position, the fluids cause a sensation of severe dizziness, usually lasting for 30 seconds or less.

The main symptoms associated with positional vertigo are imbalance, light headiness and nausea. Persons with positional vertigo may feel dizzy even after the initial symptoms have gone away. These symptoms are brought on by a change in the position of the head. Common times it occurs are getting out of bed, bending over or going from sitting to standing.

Oh, really it can be anything from an ear ache to slurred speech. Vertigo can do many things that will make you feel bad quickly.
