What can you tell me about having a positional vertigo attack?

I need to learn more about positional vertigo attacks.

This is caused by an inner ear problem. A person moves into a certain position, the fluids cause a sensation of severe dizziness, usually lasting for 30 seconds or less.

Oh, really it can be anything from an ear ache to slurred speech. Vertigo can do many things that will make you feel bad quickly.
