Glazes are easy to apply. Do sample boards first. Tint the glaze to the color you want. Apply the glaze with brushes, rags or natural sea-sponges, depending on the look you want. Water-based glazes dry quickly; oil-based glazes can be manipulated for hours to get the effect you want.
