For adding freon (refrigerant)to a Mercedes 190E we need to know the model , if your car hasn't been coverted to R134 you will have to buy a kit with instructions from Wal-Mart or you can buy an autoparts kit with instructions on how to do the same thing. I hope you understand the answer

Same as all vehicles. Buy the coolant kit. The hose that you use to add the coolant will only fit on one nipple on the hose. Follow the kit directions.

you need to have a set of ac gages to properly add freon to the system. if you over charge you can damage something.

It uses a 134a refrigerant. It is better to take out the used refrigerant rather than adding a new one. It will use around a kilo and a half.
