Well there's not much a doctor can do about a virus, there is no cure all. He may be able to prescribe something for the hemorrhoids or run some extra tests because of it being bloody. For the most part, you just have to let a virus run its course.

These symptoms may suggest a stomach flu or Ulcerative colitis. For treating stomach flu, consumption of liquids without vomiting is important. Avoid liquids that are acidic. Avoid dairy products. Prescription medicine is also available to prevent stomach flu. Most people can be treated with medication for ulcerative colitis. In severe cases, surgery can also be done.

Basing on the information given, the best thing to do is to address the bleeding issues. A coagulant should be given while blood replacement should be of highest priority.

The blood in the stools is most likely coming from the hemerroid constantly being irritated by having the diarrhea. You need to see the doctor so they can give you something for the flu then the rest will clear up on itss own in time.

The blood may very well be coming from the irritation on the Hemerroids you need to go in and see the doctor they have stuff they can give you that will help with the flu and the Hemerroids. Or you can go into the ER and tell them what is happening and they can help also.

If you have a stomach virus that is bad enough to give you bloody diarrhea, you're better off seeing a doctor than attempting to treat yourself at home. Hemorrhoids can be treated by a proctologist.
