Ann AD in business gives you a foundation on which to build. You can work in management, marketing, accounting, depending on your interest and focus. You then continue in school to earn a four-year degree and perhaps an MBA. As the learning continues, so does your advancement.

Other possibilities include a low-level bookkeeping, accounting, or data analysis job depending on how far advanced your schooling is in these areas.
