Cell phones are not "tapped." Cell phones operate over radio waves to which everybody and anybody has access. If someone wants to listen to your calls, they don't need a wiretap. They just need to get on the right frequency.

This is morally and legally wrong. If you think it is tapped, call up your carrier and inform them or you could even report this to the police as this is illegal.

How do you know your phone is tapped? I am not sure how your phone was tapped and how someone can listen in on your calls. You should contact your service provider and report it immediately.

Wiretapping is illegal without a court order. You can report suspected wiretapping to the police. Alternatively, if you know who is tapping you, file a civil suit claiming invasion of privacy. However, if you are using a cell phone provided by your company and your boss is listening in on the calls they are legally permitted to do so.

Well what you should do is get a disposable cell phone and forward all your calls to it then it can't be tapped.
