My rabbit had allergies the same as me which caused his eyes to crust up occasionally. I used sterile eyedrops for him same as on myself.

A fan can circulate fresh outside air in. Removing the offending item will make sure that the allergies do not return. Your veterinarian may prescribe antihistamines to control inflammation.

Avoid anything that sets his allergies off. If he's allergic to a certain kind of food, don't give him any. Your Vet can give you special shampoo to bathe him in that helps reduce the severity of his allergies. The Vet can also give you things like eye drops if his eyes are cloudy.
