What can I do when my coworker thinks she is the best.

She is a good employee but not as good as she thinks she is.

It is not your place to say anything if it does not affect your work. People who tend to brag are just that braggers. Eventually the bosses will catch on.

Make sure your work really is superior - it will speak for itself. Keep a list of accomplishments for your review in case your manager has bought into her propaganda.

The best thing would be to just ignore her. That is easy to say, but it is the best thing to keep tension at the office low.

Just wait and the situation will resolve itself. These kinds of people are always revealed for what they are, and your getting involved will only lower people's thoughts of you.
