What can I do to stop my a/c sweating?

Insulate all pipes exposed to the air outside the case of the a-coil. Sweating inside the coil is important to reduce humidity!

Well, this indicates that there may be a big problem with the a/c machine humidifier. You need to adjust the settings. If your a/c is on the highest setting then you may experience the sweating of the a/c. I just recommend that you go and change the settings and see a difference.

If the a/c has water coming out the back, that's good. It's pulling the humidity from the room, which is how an air conditioner cools a room down anyway. Make sure the a/c is correctly installed so the water doesn't pool on the inside and damage windowsills or floors.

Well basically to stop your a/c from sweating you need to change the vent and the filter parts. It seems to be that your air filter has been burned up and thus it needs a change in parts as well. You can call customer service to replace the parts for you.

Sweating is condensation that forms when the cold air in the duct or refrigerant lines is in contact with the warmer room air. Generally warpping the duct or lines in a foam insulation will solve the problem.

The best thing to do is to make sure all your coils are clean and free from any dirt and dust. There is not much more you can do to keep it from sweating especially on hot days.

Not much at all. That "sweat" you're seeing is water condensing out of the air and collecting on the much cooler compressor. Most installations are set up to handle the condensation. You can reduce the condensation by running the air conditioner at a lower setting (that is, higher temperature), but you probably won't eliminate it entirely.

It is normal for your Air Conditioner to sweat on the outside of the house, it is removing humidity from your living enviroment, it is taking water from the air, releasing it outside in the form of sweat. If you have cental air, a line to a nearby drain is needed.

Your a/c is sweating due to the moisture in the air. The higher the humidity is, the more moisture you will have on your a/c. The best way to remove moisture from the air is to get a dehumidifier. Not only will this lower the moisture level, you won't have to run the a/c as much.
