You could go to your local library and check out some audio books, or simply download them onto an iPod. Audio books make driving more fun, because they don't have commercial breaks like radio stations, and you learn something new as you go.

Listen to good music. Take breaks to stretch and go to the bathroom. Pack snacks to eat on the drive.
